WeDo in London is seeking a Staff Data Engineer for a permanent, hands-on leadership role. You will drive the modernisation of thousands of data pipelines across AWS, lead multiple engineering teams, and help establish scalable data frameworks across the organisation.
The role combines deep technical coding with leadership, requiring expert Python, PySpark and Spark, AWS Glue, Airflow, and AI-assisted development tools to raise engineering standards and deliver impactful data products.
