Monzo is hiring a Staff Data Scientist to help build the bank of the future.
This senior individual contributor role combines deep technical expertise with commercial judgement to tackle Monzo’s most important challenges.
The role can be based in London or Barcelona, with distributed UK options.
You’ll lead data strategies, work with product, ML, design and risk teams, and coach others while applying measurement and experimentation best practices.
