MONEI is seeking a Staff Manager — Apps to own the end-to-end mobile app experience: architecture, roadmaps, and the people who build it.

You'll lead a small team of 3–4 UPC interns, onboard them, review their code, and turn a first job into a proper engineering apprenticeship.

For most of them this will be the first real codebase they’ve touched, and how good they become is largely down to you.
