Job overview An exciting job opportunity has arisen for a compassionate and enthusiastic registered nurse to join the team on swift ward at our St Peters site.
Swift ward is a care of the elderly ward within the medical division.
Swift ward is a 26 bedded ward caring for older age adults.
The ward has a strong MDT and Allied Health Professional team to support with care of our patients, and has close links with the Dementia team.
