Strategic Change Lead We are seeking an experienced Strategic Change Lead to help an international children's charity turn ambitious plans into lasting, people-focused change.
Position: Strategic Change Lead Salary: £45,000 per annum Location: Hybrid, with 2 to 3 days per week in Milton Keynes Hours: Full time, 36.5 hours per week Contract: Fixed term, 12 months Closing date: 16 October 2026 Interview dates: 30 October and 4 November 2026
