Description
Amazon España seeks an Employee Relations Manager to shape the employee relations agenda across Spain.
The role reports to the Head of ER, Spain and combines strategic input with hands-on execution to foster a positive employee climate and compliance with local labour laws.
The position is a 7-month fixed-term contract with geographic flexibility within Spain, supporting EU projects, advising leaders, and mitigating risks to promote safety, engagement and high performance.
