Description
Booking.com is seeking a Labor Relations Lead for Spain to provide strategic leadership for labor relations initiatives across Spain offices, managing relationships with works councils and unions in multiple countries.
You will engage social bodies early to ensure compliance, mitigate risk, and enable smooth implementation of company decisions.
Regular collaboration with EMEA and NL Work Councils will ensure consistency across regions.
