Clarios is seeking an experienced Plant HR Manager to lead the HR function for two manufacturing sites in Spain, Guardamar del Segura and Ibi.
You will partner with local leadership, drive employee engagement, and ensure HR service delivery across ~550 employees.
You will oversee recruitment, payroll, labor law compliance, talent development, and employee relations, while shaping an appropriate HR agenda aligned with regional strategy.
