Summary Work with the other counselor(s) in the CSCD, and other CSOs to coordinate and implement a comprehensive program of outpatient substance abuse counseling that incorporates a significant cognitive-behavioral component to offenders assigned to the outpatient substance abuse treatment program of the CSCD, and to other groups of offenders as time and caseload allows.
