About the role
As a Supervisor within our Outbound Operations team, you will play a key role in leading people, driving performance, and ensuring the smooth flow of products through our warehouse.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will help coordinate day-to-day operations across multiple outbound processes, including Pick, Pack, Stack, and Dispatch, while creating an environment where people can learn, grow, and succeed.
