Supply Chain Project Manager/Lead

We are looking for a Supply Chain Project Manager / Continuous Improvement Lead to join our EMEA organization. In this role, you will lead cross-functional improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, improve service levels and support our broader Supply Chain strategy. Hybrid working model based in Wrocław.

This is a great opportunity for someone who already has practical experience in Lean, Continuous Improvement and/or Supply Chain Project Management, and is looking for a role where they can make a tangible business impact.

We are looking for someone who combines a continuous improvement mindset with solid project management skills.

You don't need to be a career-long Lean expert. What matters most is that you have practical experience, curiosity and the ability to work with different teams to turn improvement opportunities into tangible results.

You bring:

• Experience in Supply Chain, Continuous Improvement, Operations or Project Management.

• Experience with Power BI for data analysis, visualization and performance tracking.

• Hands-on knowledge of Lean methodologies and Continuous Improvement tools.

• Experience facilitating or participating in Kaizen / improvement workshops

• Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional projects.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• The ability to structure complex problems and translate them into practical actions.

• Strong communication and influencing skills, including the ability to present recommendations and project results to stakeholders and leadership teams.

• A collaborative approach and confidence working across different functions and levels of an organization.

• A growth mindset, curiosity and adaptability.

• Interest in or practical experience with automation, digitalization and AI in a business or Supply Chain environment.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.

• Fluent English; additional European languages are an advantage.
