Support Technician

Softworks Ltd requires a Support Technician to join the Technical Support team in Bray, Co. Wicklow. The Support Technician will deliver high-quality technical support to Softworks customers, troubleshooting software, configuration, data and integration issues, analysing customer queries, and working through problems to resolution. The successful candidate will work with customers and with the Development, Projects and Customer Success teams to log and prioritise support queries in line with SLAs, document findings, escalate complex issues, and contribute to knowledge base and product improvements. Must have the relevant qualification or relevant work experience. The basic weekly hours are 37.5 hours. Minimum salary is €36,605 per annum.
