Support Worker

Sophia Housing Association CLG is a national organisation that has supported people as they emerge from homelessness since 1997. As an Approved Housing Body, its core mission is to provide homes for individuals, couples and families who need a home and also have other support needs. This new service will provide onsite support to individuals with complex support needs, along with long-term homes under the Housing First model.The company requires a Support Worker to join the team in Co. Cork. The successful candidate will work daily with individuals coming from homelessness, providing support around addiction and mental health and access to related services.Location of work: 21/22 Dominick St, Cork City.
