Sushi Master (Winter 2026/27) – Katschberg, Carinthia

A group of hotels and restaurants at Katschberg, on the Carinthia / Salzburg border in Austria, is looking for a Sushi Master for the winter season 2026/27.

You would run a dedicated sushi station with a high level of independence and help develop the sushi concept across several venues.
