Salary Range : $5,200-$5,500 Phillips Academy seeks an assistant coach for the swimming program for winter season 2026-27.

Working alongside the head coaches of both boys' and girls' swimming, coaching

responsibilities

include developing novice through advanced swimmers.

The assistant coach will work in partnership with the other swimming coaches to lead workouts and support student-athletes on and off the pool deck.
