Systems Administrator (Apple Mac)

Salary: £40,000 - 50,000 per year

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience supporting Apple devices with Jamf Pro or a comparable device-management platform
• Experience supporting and administering IT services in a cloud-first environment; experience in a creative business is beneficial but not essential
• Strong Microsoft 365 administration skills, including Entra ID, Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams
• Working knowledge of business networking, including Wi-Fi, VPNs, DNS, and firewalls
• Familiarity with scripting and automation
• Highly organised, security-minded, and resourceful, with excellent communication skills
• Experience working in environments that follow security compliance frameworks

Responsibilities:

• Administer our cloud infrastructure, including Apple/Jamf, Windows, Microsoft 365, and font-management platforms
• Support secure operations through user-access administration, patching, endpoint protection, and backups
• Monitor service health, device compliance, and security alerts, and respond to incidents alongside our Head of IT
• Assist with compliance activities and documentation, including ISO 27001, GDPR, and Cyber Essentials
• Support the administration of SaaS applications, software licensing, and third-party supplier renewals

We are a people-focused brand agency based in Bristol, with a collaborative team and a fast-paced creative environment. Our cloud-first studio is approximately 90% Mac, alongside a small Windows setup. This is a varied role working closely with our Head of IT and offering the opportunity to take ownership of a modern cloud estate and implement technology enhancements. The position is hybrid, with at least three days per week in our Bristol office, Monday to Friday. Salary is £40,000 to £50,000 plus a benefits package.
