Systems Engineer - DMS/CMS Systems

Work model: hybrid (3x per week from office in Kraków)

Rate: up to 130 PLN/h netto + VAT (B2B)

Introduction & Summary:

We are seeking a Systems Engineer specializing in the Interior Sensing domain, focusing on DMS/CMS systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronics or computer science and demonstrate proficiency in automotive standards and technical specifications. This role demands a team-oriented individual with a methodical approach to problem solving and a commitment to maintaining quality and confidentiality.

Main Responsibilities:

• Analyze customer requirements and automotive standards.

• Define parameters and product functionalities based on requirements.

• Estimate project technical resources and create compatible documentation.

• Plan and execute technical and organizational tasks.

• Support vehicle and bench test execution.

• Collaborate with software and test engineers.

• Participate in systems reviews and project meetings.

• Manage customer contact regarding the project.

• Ensure compliance with quality standards and schedules.

• Promote a positive company image to customers.

• Continuously develop professional qualifications.

• Safeguard confidential information and company property.

Key Requirements:

• Master's degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Basic knowledge of electronics and electronic measurements.

• Proficiency in English.

• Team-oriented mindset.

• Integrity in dealings with company, clients, and collaborators.

• Methodical problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of ASPICE processes in the SYS domain.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with technical solutions in the automotive market.
