Falco Logistics is a fast-growing non-asset freight brokerage in Ontario (about 20 people today, with roughly 20 more hires planned) expanding into the U.S.
You must have 5 years of HR or talent leadership, hands-on Ontario employment law (ESA) experience, be based in Ontario and be on-site at least 3 days a week.
Base salary from $85,000 CAD plus performance incentives.
