The Governors of Dee Point Primary School wish to appoint a temporary 32.5-hour Grade 6 teaching assistant to support one of our pupils who is within one of our bespoke Resource Provision SEND classrooms through British Sign Language.
The person would need: Experience of working with SEN and the ability to adapt BSL to a lower level to meet individual pupil needs is essential.
Has BSL at Level 2 with relevant experience or Level 3.
Has secure knowledge of deafness and deaf awareness.
