Position Summary: The Team Lead will be held responsible for the Safety, Quality and Productivity of their department.
Must be willing to arrive 30 minutes before shift start to aid in shift change over and work into following shift on a required basis.
Must be willing to work on Fridays when their department is working overtime.
They will direct the activities of the workforce and serve as the first line of communication between the Supervisor and the assembly workers.
