Position Summary At Elantis, we help organizations modernize how they work through tailored Microsoft solutions.
We're looking for a Team Lead to own and grow our Flex Services practice - someone who can run it like a business and still roll up their sleeves in the technology.
This is a player-coach role: you'll carry commercial accountability for the practice (P&L, utilization, margin, and growth) while staying hands- on in the delivery of Microsoft 365 and SharePoint solutions.
