We are looking for dedicated people to enrich our team. 1 Team Lead Major Gifts and Legacy Fundraising (Team Driver) Your contribution will be * Lead and manage the team of Major Donor, Mid-Level Donor and Legacy Fundraisers at FOUR PAWS Austria on both strategic and operational levels * Develop and implement Leadership Giving strategies, processes and fundraising plans, including donor acquisition, cultivation, stewardship and retention strategies * Collaborate closely with national and international teams particularly across the DACH region to ensure effective information sharing * Drive the development, implementation and continuous improvement of Leadership Giving * Manage budgets, KPIs and reporting for Leadership Giving activities * Represent FOUR PAWS Austria at partner, networking and events * Play a key role in annual fundraising planning and ensure successful implementation of agreed fundraising initiatives * Oversee complex donor cases and support the team in strategic donor cultivation, stewardship and relationship managementYour profile ideally illustrates * Several years of experience in fundraising, ideally in major gifts or leadership giving * Fluency in German and strong English language skills * Leadership experience with the ability to motivate, coach and develop high-performing teams. * Strong presentation and communication skills * Passion for animal welfare and commitment to FOUR PAWS' missionOur offer includes * The opportunity to truly contribute to global animal welfare * An international, dynamic work environment * Flexible and family-friendly working arrangements including the option of partial remote work * A dog-friendly workplace * Workplace health and wellbeing initiatives * Wiener Linien annual ticket (or partial contribution to Klima Ticket) and pension fund after probationary period * PAWSdays: extra days off at the end of the year on top of your annual leave * Birthday leave: extra day off to use around your birthday * The minimum gross annual salary for this position starts at 52,000 EUR (full-time base, consisting of 14 payments), in accordance with our internal compensation scheme At FOUR PAWS we stand up for animal welfare worldwide by empowering everyone to contribute their unique and authentic experiences and to show compassion for animals, people, and the planet.
