Ltd. is seeking an Assistant Manager, Technical to lead technical coordination and design management for a major mixed-use development with residential components in Singapore.

You will collaborate with consultants, architects, subcontractors and internal teams from pre-construction through construction.

You will manage a team of Design / Coordination Engineers, ensure compliance with URA, BCA, SCDF and project specs, and act as the primary liaison among stakeholders.
