Technical Director, High-Voltage Ground Test Facility

Airbus UpNext S.L. in Getafe, Spain, seeks a Technical Director to spearhead the engineering of a new High Voltage Ground Test Facility on site.

The role is a fixed-term, delivery-focused leadership position tied to the demonstrator completion by April 2028.

You will own the architecture, manage safety analyses, coordinate across test means, and ensure a successful handover with learnings to Airbus CoCs.

English fluency is mandatory; Spanish is a practical asset.
