Technical Product Manager with strong Business Analysis skills

We are looking for a colleague to join the development team of sophisticated software for the global leader in Innovative Orthodontics.

Responsibilities

• We're looking for a Technical Product Manager with strong Business Analysis skills to help drive development of a user-facing desktop application. You will work in an agile environment alongside its development team, and PMs/TPMs of related projects in the ecosystem. As the team does not have a dedicated Business Analyst, you will cover both TPM and BA responsibilities.

SKILLS

Must have

• 5+ years of experience in IT as a Business Analyst, Technical Product Manager or Product Owner, including combined BA/TPM responsibilities
• Hands-on experience managing epics and user stories (writing, decomposition, acceptance criteria, backlog prioritization)
• Proven experience translating business requirements into technical/software specifications
• Experience in stakeholder management, including coordination of multiple stakeholders and dependent teams
• Experience with agile delivery practices: sprint planning, release planning, tracking of risks and dependencies
• Strong time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in real time
• Understanding of the SDLC
• Skills in creating documents: functional/business requirements, specifications
• CusDev skills
• Understanding of UX/UI
• Diverse experience (preferably including consumer market companies)
• Proactive approach, agile-oriented
• English language - not less than C1 (Advanced)
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail
• Excellent oral & written communication skills
• Proficient in Jira and Confluence
• Microsoft Word and Excel experience required

Technical background sufficient to discuss architecture and implementation trade-offs with engineers Experience in regulated environments (medical devices, IEC 62304 / ISO 13485) is a plus
