Technical Program Manager EMEA

You will establish and run program management for flagship automotive engagements. You will define milestones, timelines, deliverables, sprint execution, and roadmaps; translate customer requirements into engineering work; synchronize OEM programs with internal stakeholders; maintain reporting; unblock dependencies; and drive issues to resolution.

Responsibilities

• Define milestones, timelines, deliverables, and software development roadmaps
• Manage sprint and roadmap execution through series production
• Translate customer requirements into tracked engineering work
• Provide regular customer updates
• Synchronize OEM programs, internal teams, and headquarters stakeholders
• Maintain operational tracking and reporting
• Unblock cross-team dependencies
• Drive issues and decisions to closure

Requirements

• 2+ years of technical program management or engineering experience in automotive or embedded industry
• Customer-facing experience with senior stakeholders
• Technical knowledge of embedded systems, middleware, or ADAS
• Ability to work independently across sites and time zones
• Based in Stockholm or Munich, or open to relocation
