The Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) Materials and Tests Division is seeking qualified candidates for a Technical Project Manager I position within the Rigid Pavement and Concrete Section at the Stassney Campus in Austin, Texas. This position is focused on concrete laboratory operations and is responsible for managing laboratory activities, administering training and certification programs, and planning and conducting field evaluations to support TxDOT’s pavement and concrete initiatives.
