Requirements

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Support, Application Support Engineer, or similar role
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
• Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish
• Availability to travel when required
• Hands-on experience with technical troubleshooting, log analysis, and issue escalation

The role

As a Technical Support Engineer, you'll be the direct technical backbone for our global customer base. Taking full ownership of support operations, you will bridge customer needs with our internal engineering excellence - troubleshooting complex hardware/software system environments, driving incident resolutions, and ensuring our groundbreaking quantum systems deliver flawless reliability in the field.

What you'll do

• Act as the primary technical point of contact, managing support cases end-to-end while maintaining trust and proactive communication.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues across products, environments, and systems by analyzing logs and system behaviors.
• Manage case prioritization under SLAs, handling complex incidents and coordinating with senior engineers for high-impact escalations.
• Partner closely with Account Managers, Product, and R&D teams to share customer feedback and resolve deep product issues.
• Maintain precise documentation, build troubleshooting procedures, perform root-cause analysis, and recommend preventive measures.
