Description
Position Overview: The Tempering Process Technician position will oversee the cutting, seaming, and glass tempering processes.
Plans, organizes, and directs the daily activities of the team members with the objective of completing daily production needs while ensuring that safety, quality, and operational standards are followed.
Makes decisions for area of responsibility and serves as the first responder when team members need assistance.
