JOB DESCRIPTION The Integrated Community Access Program is seeking a full-time Community Mental Health Nurse to provide mental health nursing services to individuals with serious mental illness- in particular those individuals diagnosed with psychosis.
As a key member of the outreach team, you will provide clinical assessment and treatment, group facilitation, consultative and educational services to clients, families, community providers, referral sources and other community partners.
