Therapy Assistant - OTA/PTA

Your opportunity is in a 19-bed Transition Care Unit at the QEII Ambulatory Care Centre to support patients as they transition from acute care to another level of care or to return home.

You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team with a strong focus on collaboration both within the larger care team and other community providers as appropriate to provide the best care during stay and upon discharge.

This position will be supported by a Physiotherapist and Occupational Therapist.
