Thruster Lead Engineer - Senior Mechanical (Singapore)

ELSA seeks a Senior Mechanical Engineer / Thruster Lead to oversee thruster overhaul activities during a six-month drydock in Singapore.

You will take technical responsibility for the thruster work package, coordinating with Kongsberg and other OEMs to ensure safety, quality and schedule adherence.

The role requires 8–10 years in mechanical engineering, offshore/marine experience, and hands-on thruster expertise.
