Description
Pragmatike is recruiting for an Application Support Technician to join a global Digital Solutions Managed Services team in a Hybrid setup, with locations in Brindisi, Italy or Valencia, Spain.
You will support a portfolio of business-critical applications and enterprise tools, covering maintenance, Tier-2 support, databases, and cross-platform troubleshooting.
This hands-on role requires 3 years in application support, strong English communication, and experience with MSSQL/Windows/Linux
