Purpose of the role The Total Rewards Manager - USA/CAN is responsible for managing compensation governance, operations, compliance, and continuous improvement for the United States and Canada.

This role ensures that compensation programs, salary structures, incentive plans, job evaluations, market benchmarking, and annual review processes are competitive, equitable, compliant, and aligned with Epiroc’s business objectives and talent strategy.
