responsibilities
Validate and process trade promotion/rebate claims against approved contracts, pricing terms, and promotion mechanics; document evidence and update case status in ERP/OTC tools.
Validate promotional invoices using external EPOS data & promotional plans set out by Sales Create, monitor, and true up trade spend accruals; reconcile accruals versus actual claims and post month end adjustments in line with policy.
