Why work with us: The Family Centre is looking for one (1) full-time Transition Coach to support young adults ages 18-24 who are transitioning from government care and receiving services under the Child, Youth and Family Enhancement Act.

Transition Coaches provide practical, relationship-centred support to strengthen life skills, self-advocacy, community connections, stability, and interdependence.
