About the Role

Perform processing, printing, and mailing of bank's data files for statements, notices, and other output media at or better than the established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Provides logistical support for internal stores.

May handle and resolve complex issues.

Operate high-speed production printers, high-speed production mail inserter, and automated CD burner.

Perform troubleshooting and maintenance on operational equipment.
