Description
Triage Officer 1 x 37 hrs fixed term contract for 12 months We are seeking a Triage Officer to help shape our Making Prevention Real Triage Team in its pilot stages.
The service will operate as part of the front door of Adult Social Care, providing a coordinated, multidisciplinary triage function to support timely, proportionate and strengths-based responses alongside enhancing flow through Family Connect.
