Description
Key Tasks: Ensure that all sessions are planned using the Academy Coaching Framework by setting out the learning intentions which the session is intending to achieve and the coaching which will be given in order to achieve them.
Deliver the Academy Coaching Programme for players in an age group.
Contribute to the multi-disciplinary reviews of all Academy Players in the age group to deliver a holistic development approach.
