Job Description Job Description Position Summary: As an Underground Utility Foreman, you’ll oversee all aspects of underground utility installation on Sunrock’s heavy civil projects.
You’ll plan manpower, equipment, and materials, direct field crews, enforce safety standards, and ensure work is completed to spec, on schedule, and within budget.
