Job overview This role is for 9 months fixed Term or a DVH secondment.
The post holder will support patients and their family and friends with urology cancers.
They will support during the cancer journey from referral to diagnosis, through treatment and follow-up with living with and beyond cancer, covering elements of the recovery package including personalised care and support metrics The post holder will provide evidence-based patient information sensitive to individual need.
