US & UK Accountant — Delaware C-Corp with UK Subsidiary

We're an early-stage B2B software company with a Delaware C-Corp parent and a UK subsidiary.

We're looking for an accountant experienced in both jurisdictions to help us get our filings and finance function in order.

Immediate priority — due 15 October Form 1120 and Form 5471 for FY2025.

We also need to confirm whether Form 5472 and FBAR apply to us.

An extension was filed in April, so this is the hard deadline.
