WildCard Games is an international mobile gaming company founded in 2008, with deep experience building long-lasting games for mobile audiences.
Our portfolio includes titles such as Ultimate Cribbage, Classic Hearts, BlackJack Legends, and other classic card and board games reimagined for mobile.
We combine strong product expertise with a highly data-driven culture, using insights, experimentation, and curiosity to continuously improve our games and discover new growth opportunities.
We’re a lean, fully remote international team where people have real ownership, direct access to decision-makers, and the opportunity to make a visible impact on both products and the business.
Why this role:User Acquisition is a critical part of WildCard’s growth strategy, and we’re now looking for a UA Lead who can take full ownership of the function.
This is not a purely managerial position. You’ll lead and develop the existing UA team while staying close to campaigns, data, creatives, and day-to-day performance.
You’ll have the autonomy to shape how UA operates at WildCard, improve existing processes, introduce new approaches, and directly influence how we scale our games profitably.
Team size and structure?30
For which tasks (responsibilities)?Own the end-to-end User Acquisition strategy across our portfolio of mobile games.
Lead UA across key paid channels, including AppLovin, Unity, Meta, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, DSPs, and other relevant networks.
Own budget allocation and scaling decisions across channels and game titles, optimizing toward ROAS and profitability targets.
Stay hands-on with campaign performance and personally own UA for selected titles.
Analyze cohort-level performance, attribution data, creative performance, and monetization signals to make scaling and optimization decisions.
Build and improve UA reporting, processes, and automation.
Identify new growth opportunities across channels, networks, and acquisition models.
Develop and scale both rewarded and non-rewarded acquisition approaches.
Lead, mentor, and develop the existing UA team, helping team members become more independent in their decision-making.
Partner closely with the Creative team on ideation, testing, performance analysis, and iteration.
Use UA insights to influence which creative concepts and variations should be produced next.
Collaborate with Product, Data, Creative, and leadership on growth strategy and business priorities.
Provide clear performance insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
Stay close to market trends, competitors, platform changes, and emerging UA opportunities.
You understand what is happening across the entire UA function and can confidently make decisions around scaling, optimization, targets, and priorities.
You build a team that can operate independently rather than relying on constant direction.
You improve the connection between UA, data, monetization, and creative, turning performance insights into actionable growth opportunities.
Most importantly, you come to discussions with recommendations and solutions, not just questions.
What kind of professional are we looking for?4+ years of hands-on experience in User Acquisition, ideally within mobile gaming.
Strong experience scaling mobile games or apps with measurable performance results.
Experience with ad-monetized products is highly relevant; experience with IAP or hybrid monetization is also welcome.
Strong practical knowledge of major mobile advertising networks.
Solid hands-on experience with AppLovin and/or Unity is particularly important.
Strong understanding of ROAS, LTV, retention, cohort analysis, attribution, and profitability.
Ability to independently analyze data and translate it into clear business decisions.
Comfortable working with raw data, reporting tools, MMP data, and AI-assisted analytics.
Experience leading or mentoring UA specialists is highly valuable.
We’re also open to strong Senior UA Managers who are ready to step into their first formal leadership role.
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Comfortable working autonomously in a small, fast-moving, remote organization.
Professional working proficiency in English.
Experience with rewarded / incentivized traffic.
Strong experience with creative-driven UA.
Experience building or improving UA reporting and automation.
Experience working in smaller or mid-sized gaming companies where ownership goes beyond a narrowly defined area.
Experience launching and scaling new game titles.
Competitive compensation.
Fully remote work within an international team.
Flexible working hours and no time tracking — we focus on outcomes and delivery.
High autonomy and real ownership over the UA function.
Leadership of an existing UA team with the opportunity to shape how it develops.
Direct impact on product and company growth.
Close collaboration with Product, Creative, Data, and senior leadership.
A hands-on environment where strong ideas can quickly turn into action.
Unlimited PTO, based on performance and responsible planning.
Opportunities to attend relevant gaming and industry conferences.
A chance to build and evolve UA within a company with deep roots in mobile gaming.
At WildCard, you’re not joining a large machine where you own one small piece of the process.
You’re joining a lean, experienced team where your decisions can directly influence how our games grow, how the UA function evolves, and how the business scales.
If you’re looking for a role that combines strategy, hands-on performance marketing, leadership, analytics, and creative collaboration, we’d love to hear from you.
