Description
Salary: £45,000 - 60,000 per year
Requirements:- Were looking for someone curious about why people behave as they do, who prefers evidence to assumptions and communicates clearly with clients and colleagues.
- You should understand how digital products, especially e-commerce, create value and design with business outcomes in mind.
- We value ownership, initiative, generous feedback, and proficiency in Figma, Miro, and modern prototyping and research tools, as well as an interest in new techniques, including AI-powered approaches.
- At least 4 years of UX experience in an agency, consultancy, or in-house team.
- A portfolio demonstrating your process from research and insight through design solutions to measurable outcomes.
- Experience working directly with clients or stakeholders and presenting your work.
- Strong understanding of user-centred design, usability, and accessibility best practice, including WCAG.
- Desirable: experience designing for e-commerce or retail brands, or working across multiple clients and sectors in an agency.
- Desirable: experience leading workshops or presenting to senior stakeholders.
- Desirable: UI awareness and an eye for visual detail.
- Desirable: familiarity with analytics and behavioural tools such as GA4, Hotjar, or Contentsquare.
- Plan and conduct research, including interviews, usability testing, surveys, and reviews of analytics and behavioural data.
- Turn research insights into user flows, information architecture, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Present work to clients and colleagues, explain design decisions, and advocate for users.
- Help plan and facilitate discovery, ideation, and prioritisation workshops.
- Design experiences that improve conversion, engagement, and loyalty in line with each clients goals.
- Work with UI, UX, development, CRO, and project management colleagues to deliver effective outcomes.
- Validate and improve ideas using feedback, test results, and data.
- Share best practice and help our design team continuously improve how we work.

We design and build bespoke websites and business systems for ambitious brands, with particular expertise in e-commerce, travel, and hospitality. Our clients include Loaf, Monica Vinader, Allianz (Twickenham) Stadium, and Soho Home. Were looking for an experienced UX designer to join our established design team and help shape our continued growth. The role involves close collaboration with clients and colleagues, with work taking place remotely, at client sites, and in our Chichester office.
