Job Description What is the opportunity?

This senior regional leadership role will lead, coach and develop a team of business markets professionals to support client retention, acquisition and growth, optimizing revenue and providing superior customer service to our small business client segment.

You will lead the implementation of strategic initiatives, pursue market opportunities, and profile/enhance RBC's brand with governments, specific industry segments and community groups.
