Job Description Internal Grade: EB6 The Vice President, Engineering Excellence is responsible for leading technology for Technical Program Management, Quality & Eval Engineering, and Developer Experience & Internal Platforms.
This executive oversees the practices, standards, and internal tooling that make every other engineering group in ESS Technology more effective and consistent, matrixing craft expertise into Product Engineering, Platform Engineering, and AI & Agentic Platform.
