About Nunavut Housing Corporation The Nunavut Housing Corporation (NHC) is an arm’s-length public agency of the Government of Nunavut (GN) and the driving force in housing policy, program delivery, and construction across Nunavut’s 25 communities.
With an operating budget of more than $230 million and a capital budget of approximately $171 million, NHC is leading Nunavut 3000, an estimated $1.6 billion plan to build 3,000 new homes over 10 years.
