Description
The new student will investigate selective interface reactions via atomic layer deposition-like experiments in my commercial and custom vacuum tools.
The student will perform in situ characterization of the deposition process as well as ex situ characterization of the resulting interfaces including but not limited to spectroscopic ellipsometry, infrared spectroscopy, and calorimetry.
