VP, Transaction Management - Corporate Sector Lending

Responsibilities

The candidate will be involved in new lending transaction and reviews, working closely with the client relationship managers and/or Deal Principals and will take responsibility for many of the key lending execution processes, which include: Financial and credit analysis on existing and prospect clients.

Building and preparing financial models with sensitivity analysis and validation of key assumptions.

Reviewing due diligence including summarizing and performing analytics.
