Job Summary: The W/R Facilities Operations Supervisor supervises the daily operations of one or more water or wastewater treatment plants to ensure safe, reliable, efficient, and compliant treatment operations.
This position oversees shift personnel, monitors treatment performance, supports regulatory compliance, coordinates operational readiness and emergency response, assists with budgeting and resource planning, and promotes employee safety, training, and development.
